2. Services and Subscriptions Offered
AInsyte provides an online platform that combines the power of artificial intelligence (AI) with assessments about user personality, wellness, astrology, numerology and others. We utilize assessment responses to generate insights about personality traits and interests, and we use this data to provide entertainment-based recommendations for various activities. We offer third parties the opportunity to purchase the right to use our tests and results in their business.
AInsyte offers subscription services to use our assessments to to craft speculative tailor-made recommendations and packages of coaching hours for personalized consultations. Through your subscription, you gain access to exclusive insights and entertainment-based suggestions curated just for you as well as the opportunity to provide feedback to further refine and personalize these results. We also offer subscription access to a network of personal coaches to help you interpret our results and develop strategies to benefit your personal growth.
Your acceptance of these Terms is continued as long as the subscription is valid. Subscriptions for coaching are valid for the number of hours purchased at checkout. Subscriptions for AInsytes are valid until cancellation. AInsyte subscribers receive twelve recommendations per calendar quarter and provide feedback once per calendar quarter, regardless of when they start their subscription.
3. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
All payments for our services are considered final upon acceptance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation of subscriptions can be initiated through the user profile on the Platform. Coaching hours not used expire at the end of the month of subscription unless otherwise agreed on in writing. All sales are final. Refunds for services and subscriptions are solely at the discretion of the Company.
4. User Eligibility & Consent
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms. 5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the sign-up process and throughout their use of our website and subscription services. Users must keep their login credentials, email and AInsyte page links secure and confidential and are responsible for any activity that occurs under their account. Users agree not to use any AInsyte related information for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
6. User Content
Users may contribute content, including but not limited to test responses, feedback, and user-generated content. By submitting content, including answering inventory questions, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.
